We ate at Texas de Brazil tonight. It was pretty good. We could have had better cooking it ourselves. I think we would have enjoyed cooking a filet loin just like we like it, for cheaper and frankly, less effort and more flavor.
That sounds like a plan to me...
Well I've hit a stalling point. After cracking the acrylic groove-mount, Sonny was kind enough to print me a replacement. After solving that issue, it seems that I now have a problem with the extruder. If my stupid hamstring keeps acting up I'll be unable to fiddle with it and get it printing again.
